Published on April 21, 2023

The world of business and entrepreneurship has always been fierce, which makes staying ahead of the curve challenging. To keep up and stand out against the competition, entrepreneurs are turning to business coaches to help them take their businesses to the next level.

Business coaches are professionals who specialize in helping businesses grow and succeed. They work with the owners to identify areas for improvement, develop strategies to achieve their goals, and provide support and guidance throughout the process.

Adam Stott is a UK-based and Essex-born award-winning entrepreneur, speaker, author, and international business and wealth coach who founded the coaching company, Big Business Events (BBE). Established in 2016, BBE is the UK’s fastest-growing business members’ network, hosting training and events in Essex, London and surrounding areas, which helps entrepreneurs on all stages of their business journey.

Stott understands that there is no one-size-fits-all technique or approach. BBE’s three-tier coaching program ensures businesses of any industry at whatever stage of their journey can achieve remarkable success based on their perceived goals and needs.

Stott shares his insights on his three coaching programs and how these personalized programs bring a fresh perspective to the business, a headstart to their journey towards success.

Every business needs personalized coaching

The needs of a business in its early stages differ from those in an advanced stage of growth, and a personalized coaching program can address these unique needs more effectively.

A tailored program can provide a comprehensive evaluation, identify areas for improvement, and create a roadmap to help achieve specific goals. It also allows businesses to adjust their strategies as they progress through different stages of growth, ensuring that they stay ahead of the curve.

“This personalized approach also helps businesses to identify potential roadblocks before they become significant issues, allowing them to take proactive measures to mitigate them,” Stott explains.

Right coaching at any business level

Stott knows that success doesn’t come easy. It requires dedication, hard work, and, most importantly, proper guidance. His three-tier coaching program is designed to provide tailored coaching and support to help businesses achieve their goals.

The first tier of the program is the Business Circle, designed for start-ups and businesses in the early stages of growth. According to Stott, Business Circle members benefit from six in-person events on ‘The Ultimate Business Model’ as devised personally by him. Members in this program also receive business strategy sessions and a whole year of support from top-level coaches and consultants. “This tier is perfect for businesses that are just starting and need guidance on establishing their operations,” Stott explains.

The second tier of the coaching program is the Gold Circle. According to Stott, this is more advanced training and is suited to those looking to grow an existing business. Members of Gold Circle get access to his thorough group training sessions both online and in-person, as well as a comprehensive package of support, including weekly training sessions from other expert coaches and consultants. Now running with over 200 members, which includes celebrity clients and BBC’s The Apprentice finalists, this tier is ideal for businesses that have already established their operations and are looking to grow to multiple 6 and 7 figures in revenue.

Lastly, the Inner Circle is the highest level of the coaching program at the BBE. Stott explains that it is most suited for businesses scaling a proven and tested business model. The Inner Circle is an application-only program, and members get the closest access to Stott and his network. They also have access to all in-person and online training programs and events, as well as opportunities for collaborative brand-building and promotional activities. Stott adds that this tier is perfect for businesses that have already established their operations and are looking to scale their business to multiple 7 and 8 figures.

“The beauty of these three-tier coaching programs is that they are tailored to meet each business’s unique needs. Whether they are just starting, looking to grow their existing business, or want to scale their operations, there is a tier of the program that can help you achieve your goals,” Stott shares.

Through these tailored programs, partnered with the proper guidance and support, Stott believes that any business can make it big on its respective business curves.

Three programs, one expert coach

Stott’s expertise in business coaching came from his first-hand experience with what it takes to build a multi-million-pound business from scratch. Through his years of entrepreneurship and coaching, he learned that survival in today’s business climate is all about hard work, humility, foresight, and the ability to adapt fast.

Born on the 20th of July 1983, Stott gained his foundation during his early education at The Sandon School, Chelmsford, Essex. From there, at age 25, Stott started to build his way up until today, being UK’s leading speaker on business, entrepreneurship, branding, and coaching.

Stott’s expertise in the field hasn’t gone unnoticed. He is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, featured on Channel 5 ‘Rich House, Poor House’ twice, authored two books with a third on the way, and manages a successful podcast titled “Business Growth Secrets,” which now has more than 290 episodes featuring many business experts on their respective fields.

“We are forever learning, and I want to be part of sharing the newest techniques, ideas, secrets, and tips to other entrepreneurs so that they can also succeed and achieve the business of their dreams,” Stott shares.

With this three-tier program, Stott, through the BBE, has created the secret sauce that unlocks the path to bringing business operations to the next level.
