The Story of Tanner Eades:
Tanner was born and grew up in Spotsylvania, Virginia (US). He completed his early education at Spotsylvania High School. His growth mindset and entrepreneurial spirit were catalysts in the pursuit of his dream – self-employment. Determination, persistence, and collaboration were key elements of his pursuit. Tanner has found collaborating with others to be the most rewarding part of his job.
Tanner is the founder of UboomMedia and the COO of Zigglio. He is co-founder of Crest Local and Virtualfilipinos.com. Similar to other entrepreneurs. Tanner faced challenges which he bravely handled . The biggest challenge he faced was failing. and learning from the mistakes then applying those learnings to further success. Tanner believes in his and others’ ability to build a strong team. According to him, a motivated and good team plays a fundamental role in the success of any business.
His Aim in the Next 5 Years:
Now, after achieving his dreams, Tanner wants to motivate young entrepreneurs to believe in their ideas and help them to achieve their goals. In the next five years, Tanner’s goal is to acquire E-commerce brands and generate revenue that will benefit everyone. He wants to build a strong team of dedicated individuals who dare to dream and work hard for their goals.
He does not have any retirement plan because he does not want to retire. No interest in retiring is a perk of doing what you love. He aims to collaborate or partner with hundreds of people to make their dreams come true.
His Advice for Young Entrepreneurs:
As a thought leader, Tanner is a great motivation to all the aspiring entrepreneurs working hard to establish their setup. He advises young entrepreneurs to partner with a strong team of dedicated individuals who have high goals, and who are ready to achieve their dreams with you. He stresses creating a solid team because collectivity can make it easier for everyone to achieve their goals. To Tanner, dreams are just realities waiting for you to work hard and get them.
Although Tanner is a full-time Serial Entrepreneur & Thought Leader, he never ignores his family in the journey of chasing his dreams. He thinks that his highest achievement is to balance his work life with his personal life and give full time to his kids. When he is not brainstorming ideas with his peers and leaders, he enjoys being with his family. He credits his success to his wife, who supported him through thick and thin enabling him to maneuver through every obstacle.
