Love in Business: the Power of Love in Business Success With Bonneau Ansley III, the Number One Realtor in the South

Published on October 19, 2021

Only a handful of companies could claim “love” as part of their guiding values without falling into cliché. For Ansley Real Estate, the word love, more than a tagline, is the core of their mission and business model.

“We have a great campaign at Ansley Real Estate, which is our ‘Love Campaign,’” said Bonneau Ansley, the CEO of Ansley Real Estate. Indeed, “we use the word love a lot in our office and publications.”

Inside and outside of his company, Ansley’s contagious laugh and unrivaled charisma immediately stand up when one meets the real estate entrepreneur for the first time. Ansley’s warm and sympathetic personalities are two of the qualities that helped him become the number one realtor in the South (personally selling over $375 million YTD).

Ansley has launched a campaign to incorporate love into the foundation of his agency’s business model, corporate environment, and social mission.
Ansley Real Estate promotes the mantra that “love crosses all boundaries, and it is at the heart of society and home,” said Julie Harris, the Vice President of marketing and culture at Ansley Real Estate.

Over the past year, Harris and Ansley have worked, hand in hand, to bring love into the culture of Ansley Real Estate.

“If you don’t love who you are, with whom you share every day, and what you do daily, you are not living a fulfilling life,” remarked Harris.

Love towards the community is one of the essential elements of Ansley Real Estate’s love campaign.

Over the past four years, the agency has partnered with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). It has committed to donating a fraction of each sale to CHOA to help bring hope to the lives of thousands of children in Georgia.

In the past year, Ansley Real Estate has donated over $350,000 to the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorder Center, one of the leading research centers in the fight against blood disorders nationwide. Ansley aims to continue to increase the agency’s donations to cancer research in the coming years, ratifying his company’s commitment towards the Atlanta community.

Similarly, part of Ansley Real Estate’s love campaign is the agency’s commitment to its clients. Its love-your-client campaign focuses on creating a culture of trust and service.

Ansley inculcates in each agent “the importance of seeing beyond the individual transaction to build long-lasting relationships,” as the agency proudly asserts in its 2021 Ansley Paper.

Additionally, in the Ansley Real Estate catalog, the agency gives each property a unique title, understanding that each client, home, and buyer are equally unique.

Finally, at the basis of Ansley Real Estate’s love campaign are the agents under the agency’s umbrella.

For Ansley, safeguarding the mental health of each of his agents and employees is critical. He recognizes the loneliness and stress sometimes involved in the work of a real estate agent.

“Being an agent, you are pulled in a lot of different directions; your phone doesn’t shut off; it rings at 11 at night and 7 in the morning,” said Ansley.

To help agents ventilate and address the anxiety of their profession, Ansley Real Estate developed the position of Chief People Officer, occupied by Harris.

This position “fulfilled my dream of being a psychologist,” commented Harris jokingly.

As Chief People Officer, Harris develops a network of support that helps counter the loneliness some agents might experience. Creating such a network of companionship is essential for the mental health and business success of each agent.

Since the beginning, Ansley’s love campaign has proven a critical factor in the agency’s growth.

This campaign “has been really successful because it is not just about sales; it actually comes from the heart,” said Harris.

Nowadays, Ansley and his agency continue their commitment to forging a system of trust, appreciation, and community involvement through their love campaign, a commitment that has made Ansley Real Estate the fastest growing real estate office in Buckhead and Intown.
