Ivan, hello! Please tell us a little about yourself. What do you do?

Hello. Probably, first of all, I am an entrepreneur, I have been doing this for many years, and in this field, I have already achieved a lot. A coach is secondary, I just share my experience with the younger generation.

Please tell us about your company. What are you producing? How long has your company been operating? For which countries do you manufacture?

My company ComfortBaby produces furniture for a nursery – dressers, shelves, cradles and, of course, our branded transforming cribs, and it has existed since 2013. We hold a patent for each of our inventions.

For 8 years we have created a large number of models with a unique design, using the entire range of color palettes. Round and oval cribs for newborns that grow with the baby from birth to 9 years old. In production, we use only extra-strong, steamed material – solid beech and oak class A.

At first, the production was in Poland and we sold mainly in Germany. Later, we opened production in St. Petersburg, began to expand, established a production network throughout Russia, and now we have already covered the CIS countries and Europe.

Why your products are so unique? What technologies are patented? When did you start doing this and why?

We produce cots with a unique transformation technology. But we have patents not only for technology but also for designs of cribs. We also have many awards, in Germany, we received an award for the best design.

We never stand still, we are constantly improving and developing. Now we produce textiles, LikeLine diapers, and much more. We have awards for dressers, cribs for twins, triplets, quadruplets, they are all transformers, as mothers like.

And a few years ago, as part of the WanExpo exhibition for the Guinness Book of Records, we created one of the largest baby coats in the world.

You teach courses, help people choose a niche, and so on. Please tell us in more detail what your course is about. Why did you decide to create your course?

There are a lot of young entrepreneurs now, and I really want to help them with developing. I have a lot of experience in this area, and I teach business courses, share my knowledge and experience in order to help the younger generation not to make my mistakes, find their niche, and achieve results in the shortest possible time.

Please tell us how you spend your free time. Do you have a hobby?

I have a large family: a wife and three children. Therefore, we try to spend all our free time together. We are fond of football, swimming, wrestling, in general, we welcome outdoor activities and we are very fond of hockey.

Please tell me who is supporting you? How do you manage everything and where do you get your strength?

Of course, my family supports me. And strength comes from the right way of life. A sound mind in a sound body. That’s why, I practice regular hardening, bathing, training. Roller coasters in business do not allow me to relax and you must always keep your finger on the pulse.

You regularly have contests on your Instagram page @ivan_bakyrov. Please tell us why you are doing this?

I love my audience, my subscribers. I like to do something for them, to raise their spirits, to give them faith in miracles and hope. For me, this does not carry any business benefit, I just love to make people happy.

Tell us, what is your goal? What are you aiming for? What’s the point of your job?

Of course, I want to create something big and great. You know, something that will bring maximum benefit to humanity. I recently returned from Dubai, and now I am simply filled with inspiration and strength to create.

I’m never standstill. Perfection does not exist, so there is always room to strive, develop and improve, in all directions. I am currently working on several new startups, a restaurant app, and a photography studio. In general, I’m moving forward.
