Finding ways to increase motivation is crucial, but now it will be much easier and handier. The new upcoming book written by a known serial entrepreneur like Francesco Vitali gives us daily necessary motivation and inspiration to change behavior and develop competencies.

From a young age, Francesco Vitali was immersed in the glamor, fashion, and art that marked Greece’s modern secular and cultural development. Despite his natural charisma and knack for making significant achievements seem easy, Vitali never lost his inner drive for bigger and better things. Through it all, a fire burned his heart for the next challenge, new adventures, and the ultimate professional triumph. What drives Vitali forward is a ceaseless yearning to pursue new heights of creative attainment.

Starting his journalism career in Athens, Greece, Vitali worked for several significant national publications. He wrote his first best-seller at 19, a collection of intimate interviews with 35 of Greece’s most distinguished celebrities. He started the very first management company in his motherland, managing the career of the most famous Greek superstars and politicians.

His new book “Message for Success” is a treasure of inspiration for Success, sharing his knowledge throughout his mistakes, helping you to avoid downfall, and keeping you on the right track.

Vitali maintains an air of endless creativity and insight. His art is innovative and provocative while remaining grounded and down to earth. Without arrogance or selfishness, Vitali ensures that those around him succeed even as he succeeds.

A mature business advisor, Francesco has thrived for 30+ years as an entrepreneur, never allowing himself the indignity of being a mere employee. Francesco always believed that almost everyone was destined for greatness. The majority get opportunities and either make the right choices or not, will have a second chance, and the third if willing to study deeper through their mistakes in business.

Leaving Greece in the 90’s, he gave up everything to follow his dream and move to New York City, where he wished to study acting and directing with the best of the best. While pursuing his dream, he worked as a newscaster for National Greek TV in New York and later moved to the Pacific to pursue his dream career.

Having moved to Los Angeles, Vitali renovated the historic Hollywood Tamarind Theater and brought the English director Di Trevis to direct plays by Pinter and Brecht, in which he played leading roles. While rehearsing Hamlet in the Tamarind, he met George Clooney, who cast him in the same role in episodes 1.3 and 1.4 of Unscripted for HBO.

His background is fascinating since he is changing careers over and over again. Later, in 2008, Franko (as his friends call him), with his partner Chris Siametis, created the world’s first digital ecological short film festival, called 48 Go Green, with hundreds of entries from all around the world.

In 2009, Vitali, become the executive producer, and Siametis, as co-executive producer, created the world’s most prominent online international short film festival: the 48FILM Project, a unique concept by which thousands of aspiring filmmakers worldwide are given 48 hours to write to film, edit, produce, and upload a short 4-7 minute movie.

More than 100,000 filmmakers from more than 130 countries participated in the 48Film Project, screening their shorts at the Directors Guild of America every year until 2022 when the Awards ceremony was canceled due to the pandemic. However, 48FILM Project lives on and carries its legacy forward.

Parallel, Francesco Vitali has worked as CEO for several companies. A never-stop entrepreneur, he has served as a business advisor for many notable brands and celebrities, including his best friend for many years, the late Ivana Trump.

His new book, Message For Success, is launching this April on Amazon and selected bookstores nationwide. Message For Success is a life-changing and groundbreaking handbook and guide. It motivates entrepreneurs to never shy away from bold action to pursue their goals and to chase their dreams with tenacity and single-mindedness. Vitali believes that mistakes are lessons, blessings in disguise, and life’s obstacles give us purpose, direction, and meaning.
