Good afternoon, Ekaterina! Would you please introduce yourself? What is your professional area? Why have you chosen this area, and how long have you been doing it?

My name is Ekaterina Bibisheva, and I am a certified intimate gymnastics coach for women and men. Apart from official regalia, I can sincerely say that I am an absolutely happy person. I claim that because I have found my destiny. Personally, for me, my online school is much more than a job. I have been interested in health since I was 18. I did yoga, studied tantra. Once in my lifetime, when I was the commercial director of a large radio station, I realized that I was gradually burning out and decided to take a time out. It helped me to decide what I really wanted to do. As an intimate gymnastics coach, I did not have global financial goals; I just wanted to be self-realized when I just started my career. My husband told me: “You can do whatever you want, but you should be into it. “And I was involved, I was engaged and is still engaged in my project, my courses. It was this passion that led me to the results that I have now.

How long have you been a blogger? Why have you decided to take up blogging?

My blog is over five years old. Initially, I started to maintain it as a personal page, and I considered Instagram only from lifestyle blogging. When I became a certified coach, I realized that my services needed to be promoted somehow. The only option to do it legally is social networks, primarily Instagram. That’s how the blog went from a personal account to a professional one.

You have over 5 million followers. Would you mind revealing the secret of your success?

We are always waiting for secrets that a successful business coach will reveal, a magic pill that will lead us to great results. However, success is built up of daily chores. Secondly, you should always consider your team. My favorite quote is: “If you want to go far, you have to go with people.” My team helps a lot in creating and promoting my product. Eventually, the third component of success is customer demand. People have a desire to receive information about their health and relationships in a couple. They want the information to be reliable and correct, and this is what I share with them.

Describe your course. What is its aim? Why have you decided to create this course? How does it help women?

Initially, I created this course so that women could enjoy their intimate relationships. Although, as I communicated with the students, I learned what health problems many of them face. They consider absolutely normal to spend their entire lives swallowing painkillers during their periods, and they used to tolerate incontinence and prolapse of organs after childbirth. So I figured out that my mission was much broader than initially anticipated.

What is your work ambition? What do you want to achieve?

Vagimagia has a mission: to reveal an inexhaustible source of pleasure, confidence, and sensuality in a woman. We want to help every woman who contacts our company to improve her health and relationship. It is crucial for us that all students get the results from their learning. Well, the global target is a million students around the world.

What are your nearest career plans? Are there any events that you would like to highlight?

I am willing to enter the American and European markets. At the moment, Vagimagia is one of the largest online schools in the world: More than 200,000 women from 56 countries have been trained with us. And I genuinely hope that our geography will expand every year.

And finally, is there any recipe for a woman’s happiness and success?

There is no universal recipe for happiness, and it depends on every single woman. You cannot make it even for everyone, but for me personally – it is balance. Harmony between self-love and work, relationships, and family. All these components matter. Therefore, every evening I ask myself the same question: “Have I spent this day in balance?” If the answer is “No,” I ask myself: “How can I fix it and live the next day more coherently?”.
