Bryce Monkivitch Is the E-Commerce Entrepreneur Creating Job Opportunities

Published on May 14, 2021

E-commerce businesses rise and fall every day. Due to steep competition and rapidly changing trends, only a few entrepreneurs manage to survive for any reasonable period of time. The difference between a successful and unsuccessful business usually boils down to a choice of strategy. In the field of e-commerce, individual entrepreneurs play a key role in designing business strategies that work. Bryce Monkivitch is one such entrepreneur who has managed to succeed through courage and brilliant planning.

His business career had a humble start in 2017, after he began selling novelty apparel on Instagram and Facebook. However, this business folded within a year after demand went way down. This initial failure made him aware of the importance of business networking. To gain financial independence, he started working 80 hours a week as a contractor while also attending school to pursue a business degree (which he later ended up dropping out of).

After a trail of struggle and hardships, he started his next venture with a women’s fashion store on Shopify. The store sold apparel like swimwear, sportswear, and trendy fashion accessories. Bryce took it slow and steady to escalate his new business into an online fashion empire.

At present, Monkivitch owns four high-end women’s fashion brands; his main brand, Sincere Sally (@sinceresallyboutique), has gained global attention within the fashionista community. The ever-growing number of followers on its Instagram and Facebook profiles is proof of its rising popularity. Sincere Sally has been compared to top-notch fashion brands such as Nasty Gal, Fashion Nova, and Princess Polly.

Apart from the four women’s fashion brands, Monkivitch also owns a men’s jewelry brand and a store for home decor items. His e-commerce empire now earns more than $1 million USD every year, making it one of the top 100 fastest online growing companies in Australia.

Monkivitch has also launched an app to help him and other businesses hire marketing staff. The app also trains new staff on the strategies necessary to master the craft. Currently, the app has over 4,000 registered users; among them, 560 are working directly with Monkivitch.

Monkivitch has also hired an entire village consisting of around 4,000 workers in the Philippines working for him. Being a traveler at his core, he loves to meet new people and experience different cultures. He wanted to help people in the Philippines who didn’t have access to a steady source of income; to that end, he hired them for his business, built housing for them, and visits them at least once annually.

Monkivitch makes it a point to interact with his team personally and network as much as he can. He regularly visits China to meet his vendors and also visits the U.S to make new business contacts.

Monkivitch has set a standard for aspiring entrepreneurs and wants to make Sincere Sally the next leading fashion brand online in the future. Considering that his business initiatives were featured in Forbes this year, it seems that Monkivitch is well on his way to achieving even greater success.
