How to Become the Best Version of Yourself in 2023 From Celebrity Trainer Joshua Lipsey

Published on January 11, 2023

2023 is here and unfortunately you have not created an action plan to see different results than last year…. Don’t worry I got you covered with my 5 tips to a healthier you in 2023.

1. Turn 5 unhealthy habits into healthy ones – Identify some of your unhealthy habits from 2022 and make a list of five habits that you can change in 2023. An example would be not taking the elevator at work and taking the stairs instead.

2. Distance yourself from your phone – Our cell phones can cause sleep procrastination and cause us anxiety if we look at them too early when we wake up. Try to stay off your phone an hour before you go to sleep and an hour when you wake up.

3. Make fitness frictionless – Make your workout environment frictionless and easy to access! The more convenient your workout environment is to your schedule the more consistent you will be!

4. Make a system ditch the goals – It’s not enough to just to workout 6 times a week. Overall health is a physical, mental, and spiritual process that takes revamping the entire system as opposed to your goals. January is a great time to do a reevaluation of your overall system and make the necessary changes.

5. Measure everything – You know the saying, “If you can’t measure it, you can’t improve it “ This quote definitely applies to your overall health! Track your workouts + your water intake etc., so you can track incremental improvement.

I hope these 5 tips help you start your 2023 journey the right way!
