On November 29th, Wizz Financial, a leading global fintech company specializing in cross-border payments announced it had appointed Anton Pasiechnikov as its new Chief Executive Officer. Pasiechnikov joins the company after previously serving as Revolut’s CIO.
Pasiechnikov has more than 25 years of experience in the financial sector, scaling companies and helping to develop international organizations. He has deep expertise in managing market risks and maintaining a global high-volume hedging platform for foreign exchange, most recently as Chief Investment Officer of Revolut. In that role, he designed investment infrastructure and scaled up global financial functions for the company. He previously served in a variety of roles at Credit Suisse and Renaissance Capital.
