Aeronet Worldwide Announces Opening of Austin Station

Aeronet continues its expansion in Texas

Published on July 05, 2021

As part of a current initiative to grow its presence in the state of Texas, Chairman and CEO Anthony N. Pereira personally opened Aeronet Austin. The 6,000-square foot station will provide domestic and international logistics services for the Central Texas area, and will work in conjunction with other Aeronet operations in Dallas (existing) and Houston (new).

This new facility is located 20 miles from Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). It is led by General Manager Fred A. Clark. Mr. Clark began his career in the logistics industry in 1992. During that period, he managed multiple private and military operations in, both, Texas and California. Mr. Clark spent seven years as an air traffic controller for the U.S. Navy, had a 15-year logistics career as a Sergeant First Class with the U.S. Army (where he was also deployed to Operation Iraqi Freedom), and even served as a Sergeant Major in the Texas State Guard.

The opening of Aeronet Austin, in addition to the concurrent opening of Aeronet Houston, brings the total number of domestic offices to 21. These offices work in combination with 15 strategic international joint ventures, giving the company true global coverage.
