Building With Heart: Why Thais Saenz Believes Success Without Impact Is Empty

When Thais Saenz talks about success, she doesn’t mention money or titles. She talks about people: the parents, leaders, and entrepreneurs who feel buried under the weight of their own responsibilities. For her, success without impact means little. “If what you build doesn’t lift others,” she says, “it’s not success. It’s just activity.”

That belief has guided every decision Thais has made since founding Saenz Global, a company that provides back-office fulfillment services exclusively for the roofing industry. Her goal has never been to create just another operational support firm. Instead, she wanted to build something that helped people regain their most valuable resource: time.

“Time is the one thing you can’t buy back,” she says. “When our clients tell me they finally had dinner with their kids or took a weekend off without worry, that’s what I call success.”

Saenz’s journey to this point began far from the world of construction or technology. Born in the Brazilian Amazon, she grew up in a small riverside town surrounded by nature and simplicity. It was a place where survival required cooperation, and where the community’s strength came from connection. Those early lessons shaped her understanding of leadership long before she ever stepped into a corporate office.

After immigrating to the United States, Saenz worked her way up through corporate America, earning leadership roles at major organizations and managing operations across Latin America. But even as she advanced, she noticed a troubling pattern: talented professionals who were drained by the constant pull of administrative tasks. “They were capable and passionate,” she recalls, “but they were drowning in the work behind the work.”

That observation became the catalyst for Saenz Global. The company integrates directly into industry-leading CRMs like JobNimbus and AccuLynx, managing estimates, production, insurance follow-up and closing document process. The idea was to go beyond traditional admin assistant services and instead become a true operational partner for businesses that need reliability and precision.

What sets the company apart is not just its technology, but its culture. Saenz built her team with empathy as its foundation. “We care about the details because we care about the people,” she explains. “It’s not just data entry or project tracking. Every task we handle represents someone’s stress being lifted.”

That philosophy has resonated across the industry. Roofing contractors often describe the partnership as transformative, not only because their operations improve but because their overall quality of life does too. By removing the daily clutter of paperwork and follow-ups, Saenz Global helps leaders reconnect with their families, their teams, and their purpose.

Saenz’s approach to business mirrors her approach to life: practical, people-centered, and purpose-driven. She believes that success built on empathy lasts longer than success built on ego. “Technology and systems matter,” she says, “but people will always be the heart of any business. When we forget that, we lose the point.”

Her own leadership style reflects that sentiment. Within Saenz Global, team members are encouraged to bring ideas, take ownership, and grow beyond their job descriptions. Saenz fosters an environment where initiative is celebrated and mistakes are viewed as part of learning. “We’re building people, not just a company,” she says. “If my team grows, our clients win.”

As she looks ahead, Saenz’s mission remains rooted in impact. She envisions Saenz Global becoming the gold standard for fulfillment in the roofing industry: not just for its systems and accuracy, but for the humanity behind its service. “The future of business isn’t just about scaling,” she says. “It’s about freeing people to live and lead better.”

For Saenz, that is what true success looks like. It isn’t measured in profit or prestige, but in the quiet moments her work makes possible: the dinners, the weekends, and the peace of mind that come when life and business finally feel balanced.
