His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, a well-known academic and diplomat, has been appointed senior consultant to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Ambassador von Feigenblatt received his official badge on the 6th of December 2024 at UNESCO headquarters in Paris, France. His Excellency Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt is concurrently serving as the Andean Parliament Special Envoy for Education, and thus, he is one of the most influential academics in the Latin American region. Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt’s participation in high-level panels began immediately after his accreditation with his participation in the Panel Talks on Neurotechnology and Human Rights. This important forum tackles the complex relationship between ethics, human rights, and neurotechnology development. Ambassador von Feigenblatt is the co-editor of Springer’s “Ethics in Social Science Research: Current Insights and Practical Strategies,” which will be released in February 2025.
