University of Duisburg-Essen expands approx. 1,250 sqm to become main tenant of fantastic property

The last available office space in Essen’s beautiful Berliner Platz has been obtained by the University of Duisburg-Essen. The university secured the final 1,250 sqm located in Berliner Platz’s “Weststadt Towers”. The city center property expansion provides the University of Duisburg-Essen with even more extraordinary space in the heart of the second-largest city in Germany’s Ruhr region.
