Every novelist’s fantasy is to see his book turned into a film or television show/series. “So excited and proud of this partnership,” Spelling commented through her verified Instagram account, in reply to MindStir Media’s J.J. Hebert Instagram announcement. She also shared the post in her Instagram story with the caption “very excited @mindstirmedia”.
MindStir Media’s announcement also stated that there is no charge to authors for the company to pitch books to Tori Spelling. The only stipulation is that MindStir will only present books to Tori that have been published by the MindStir Media brand.
“MindStir Media books with solid sales and strong mass appeal will be presented to Tori for consideration,” said founder and CEO J.J. Hebert on the company’s website. “This is another way that we’ve leveled the playing field for indie authors who otherwise would never have been able to reach someone of Tori Spelling’s caliber with their content.”
